Gold gone ballistic again!

So a tad over one month and gold has gone up $500 an ounce, what will next month bring?

3800 an ounce Australian, coming up.

Well 3 months past the end of the year to get to 3500. I am thinking about 2 months to 3800. American election is November 5th, so it will all turn to shit closer to that date and a much higher gold price then. I am told that you cannot buy physical gold bullion at the moment, long waiting list, but l do not know if this is correct.

Silver is also moving along, on the ^^^^up.

If gold goes to $5000 and silver to $50 then have enough to sell up and get a 4 bay shed (that is if the shed doesn't inflate up to crazy with the physical)

Andrew Maguire, who has been quite accurate with his gold calls of late is saying gold at US$2500 to $3000 in the forth quarter this year.

That equates to $3800 to $4600 in Aussie dollars if my calculations are correct.

So I would not be selling any gold just yet, unless absolutely necessary to pay living expenses.

Hold on to your hats, my prediction is $ 5k by Easter next year.

The problem is if Gold goes to lets say $5000 AUD (aussie) is it just because "everything else" has also "doubled" as such.
IMO it's going to be about timing, if you can cash it out and put into something else that really hasn't jumped then I'll call that a win.
If it's just keeping up with inflation then you'd be nuts to swap it out for fiat.

Still way under valued as is silver imo.
I think if you can get to a point with your holdings where you are able to buy your freedom with selling then go for it.

For years, when crypto goes up the normal move is that the gold and silver price drops, this hasn't happened this time, which is what I can't work out / understand.

At a guess, I’d say it’s probably the Chinese mining farms cashing out into gold with the upcoming halvening.
That is the halving of the amount of BTC they get for validating (mining) the transactions.
There has been other halvings before but this latest one will make mining Bitcoin uneconomical unless the electricity is free.

If this is true the amount of money those guys hold could easily turn the gold market into a pump and dump scheme just like they’ve been doing in the crypto scene for years.

The gold price is breaking records, but as Halfy has stated what will the dollar buy you with increasing inflation. China is buying lots of gold and also making it easy for its citizens to buy as well, with vending machines and banks collaborating to let you buy gold. Good bet the corrupt Australian government is not stacking any gold and zero encouragement for the citizens to buy. But great to see the high prices still, as the economy goes to hell.
