I'm seeing people selling off a lot of extra things ATM clear signs of many struggling.
Real estate stories I heard this week places three months back worth $600 000 now being priced at 1.5mil, this was for three properties in a certain area from three of the guys I was speaking to.
Tonight another guy was telling me the same has occurred with his parents house in another area.
He's put up his place for sale now and plans on traveling around Aus. for the next 5 years.
Don't know if it's inflation factor or development factor but prices are getting silly IMO.
I'm wondering if cashed up property owners may transfer/put into the precious metals market?
Or if cash strapped people will sell off their gold jewellery and this may keep the price as is?

Golds one thing what about the price of diesel fuel. South of $2.30 and going up. Still no production here and in the event of greater conflict once the reserves run out, we are stuffed.
This useless government don't appear to have a plan other than extra storage tanks. Might be time to buy a couple of 20,000lt storage tanks as used on stations.

Storage Tanks were Scomo's thing wern't they? Though this Gov hasn't offered anything of any value in that respect.
Would be loving the gold price more if I could find more to sell, though if Goodman's predictions come true, my tidbits with the odd multi grammer will keep me happy until the kids leave home..lol.

Problem JRB is that d in the old days used to at least have some fight in him and string a few sentences together for half a debate, he'd always get his arse kicked throughout but at least he gave it a go.
